Welcome to the Encert Client Portal
Once logged in our clients can order from the full range of services ranging from Energy Performance Certificates, both Domestic and Commercial, through to floor plans, lease plans, inventories, check outs and interim visits. The system will then provide you with updates on your order as it is progressed and list downloads of the information you have ordered as soon as it is available.

Once registered you will have access to the full online ordering facilities, be able to review your account history and download the information you have ordered. No payment is required online; you will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange payment once we have sent you confirmation that we have received your order.
